Studio Policies

We are a ToeSox required studio!!! What does this mean? This means that we require ToeSox for all reformer classes and aerial classes! This is for your safety and for sanitary reasons! If you don’t have some, we have a ton of options to choose from to purchase, or rent! ToeSox rentals are free for your first rental, and $2 for every time after.

Our reformer classes are now leveled! We heard your requests and feedback, and we are jumping up and down with excitement that we have such a huge community of people that want to learn more!
The descriptions are below! As always if you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Level 1: Beginning
This is a Reformer class that focuses on the basics of Pilates and reformer work. Our Beginning class is taught with a focus on the basics but adds a level of training that you are guaranteed to get a great workout!!! ToeSox are required!

Level 2: Intermediate
This class uses the Reformer and sometimes will incorporate other apparatuses that are built into the reformer. The instructor will guide you, step-by-step through different sequences that will challenge you at your individual level of ability, leaving you stronger, leaner, and refreshed!

*Beginning students must take the Level 1 class and/or a private session first. Students are required to have the strength to stay safe first before joining a class. Want to find out if that’s you? Ask one of our instructors! ToeSox are required!

Level 2/3: Cardio Reformer Fusion
This intermediate/advance class is an intense class with a focus on strengthening the whole body! By adhering to the Pilates principles, this class is a non-stop class that combines the fat burning effects of heart pumping cardio with the lengthening and strength benefits of Pilates! This class requires a strong sense of mind-body awareness, balance, and endurance! The reformer, the rebounders, weights, and various props are used to help you achieve the best workout possible!

Level 3: Advanced
This class is an advanced, intense, Pilates class that requires a strong sense of balance, strength, and mind-body awareness. This class will combine the use of the Reformer, Jump Board, and various props into an fun, up-beat, challenging Pilates workout! The combination is never set, and the props will be chosen by the instructor! Come feel the burn!

Rockin Rehab!
Taught by our highly trained instructors, this class is designed for those returning from injury (doctors clearance required), older adults, or those who desire a lighter approach to class. This class will allow you to develop your confidence in reformer classes! By adding Pilates classes and exercises into your life, it will support your joints, help prevent injuries, aid in recovery, and help to increase flexibility, balance and strength! You deserve to live the life you desire! Come see the difference for yourself! ToeSox are required!

Updated Policies/Guidelines
It has been brought to our attention that the policy information was not provided, or is impossible to access! We have re-implemented our house policies! Here at SPY, we take pride in the quality of training and time we offer. We wanted to take a moment to apologize and make sure we helped clarify everything moving forward!

Cancellations & No Shows!
There is a 12 hour cancellation window. This means that we must be notified of any cancellations 12 hours before class time begins.

*As a member with an auto renewing membership, if you cancel or don’t show up to the class, there will be a late fee of $20 for any reformer class or private, and $10 for any class or private in the yoga room!

*As a student with a class pack, private sessions pack or drop in options, you will forfeit that session or class entirely.

While we understand that life happens, all we ask is that you do your best to notify us of any changes that you need to make on your reservations or appointments! You can notify us via email or call us!

Studio Policies!

*Please silence your phones when heading back to the personal cubbies!

*Please arrive on time to the class! We shut the doors 5 min after start time, at which point that is a late cancel! We want you to get the most out of your class!! This applies to all classes, events, and privates! We understand that there are times when arriving late is the only option! In this instance, please call us before class time and we will notify the instructor, at which point it is by the approval of the instructor whether or not a late entry is accepted.

*Please clean up after yourself! There are multiple baskets located around the studio that you can place your towels and toe sox into! Let us know if they need to be emptied! We also provide an RO unit for water and cups to use! Once done, please leave them on the kitchen counter or in the sink.

*We love to hear feedback from our members! If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! Stop by the desk or give us a call!

*We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any retail products, purchase or contract renewal! Store credit is an option for contract payments or class payments, but retail purchases are non-refundable.

*We have FREE mats for classes! Please utilize the cleaning supplies for the mats before and after class! The towels and cleaner can be found in the room you are practicing in.

*Please notify us of any injuries or past issues you may be recovering from!

*Class levels are strictly adhered to. For advanced levels, you must first take a beginning level class or private. If you have done so already, and would like to know if you are able to attend the next option, please ask the instructor you are practicing with what they think! This is for your safety and for everyone attending class. We want to make sure you are confident in your strength and ability before entering a class!

*You can book classes up to 30 days in advance, however we limit pre-registrations to 10 sessions.

*Lost and found items are donated to Good Will at the end of every month! We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the studio.
